Prototype Creation and Correction:

Prototyping is defined as an experimental process where design teams implement ideas into tangible forms using CAD/CAM methods. Prototypes are built to varying degrees of fidelity to capture design concepts and test in real world applications. With prototypes, you can refine and validate your designs so your idea becomes reality.

Using our Markforged X7, CAMaster Stinger, and HAAS DM-1 we can quickly fabricate a scale model of your physical part or assembly, leveraging both additive and subtractive methods of production.

The prototype can now be scrutinized for functionality, and corrected for perfection. Our in-house engineers have over 25 years experience in the design of mechanical structural components and the real time correction of design and manufacturing errors of structural components. We conduct extensive research to address issues and formulate suitable resolutions.
